    1. A Local Brand or Service in a Local Market with an innovative media solution worthy of international adaptation or of world class standards
    2. A Local execution of a Multinational campaign
    3. A Multinational campaign in any one region of the world, such as Europe, Latin America, Middle East, Asia, etc.
    4. A Global campaign or a Multinational campaign running in more than one region


Note: No other awards offer these types of international categories. Most are by product group (food, auto) or type of media (Search, mobile, viral, etc).
